Onion, Scallion, Thyme, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Ginger, Pimento (Allspice), Approved Spices, Salt & Molasses
Tips:
Before cooking, Marinate the Oxtail for a few hours using Spur Tree Oxtail seasoning adding a bit of the Crushed scotch bonnet pepper to add a bit of a kick to your dish! (and don’t forget the Butter beans!!)
